AirScout: is the air safe to run, walk or cycle in right now?

AirScout is an air quality API for AI agents with global coverage: the current US AQI and the pollutants behind it (PM2.5, PM10, ozone, NO2, SO2, CO) for any location, an EPA-based go / caution / stop verdict on outdoor exertion, and the cleanest window in the next 48 hours for a session of the length you name.

Data is modelled (Copernicus CAMS via Open-Meteo), so it covers cities with no monitoring station at all; activity guidance follows US EPA Air Quality Index bands.
